Salon Terms and Conditions

To take full advantage of personal treatment time, we encourage clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. This allows our beauty therapists to fully understand their needs for the treatment and meet our high standards.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If canceled with less than 24 hours’, a 50% fee of the total treatment cost will be charged. No show appointments will be charged at full price. We may ask clients for their debit/credit card details when booking their first appointment. Your card will only be charged if you do not give us 24 hours’ notice.

Promotions & Offers

General T&C

We run regular promotions throughout the year. All promotions without exception are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Offers are valid for a specific time frame, outlined in the published information.

• To be eligible for an Offer, the offer code included in the published information must be provided when booking your appointment or during checkout.

• Offers cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount code, coupon and/or offer.

• Each offer is for single use only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Bookings are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or limit any promotion or offer without prior notice, in the best interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse. We also reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to particular individuals or organisations at our discretion.

Eyelash/Eyebrow/Microblading Patch test

We take your safety very seriously, so clients who have not previously had an eyelash or eyebrow treatment with Allure Treatments, or have not had this service within the last 6 months are required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment. This is a simple test to check whether any of the products may cause adverse reactions.

Gift Vouchers

Allure Treatments Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeemed, change cannot be given and a credit is applied for the remaining balance. Please check with Front of House for further information.

Children

To respect the relaxing environment for our clients and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon.
